Return & Refund Policy – Ankle Boot Products
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration by the customer will not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Product has been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
- Original packaging, tags, or invoice are missing.
- Return request is made after the return window has expired.
- Product was purchased during clearance or final sale (if applicable).
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If a product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers may be asked to provide photos or videos of the product to verify the issue.
4. Return Process
- Customers must initiate a return request by contacting customer support at druviinternational@gmail.com.
- Once the request is approved, instructions for returning the product will be provided.
- The product must be securely packed to prevent damage during return shipping.
5. Refund Policy
- After the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
- Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days after successful inspection.
- The refund will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase.
6. Shipping Charges
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.
- In some cases, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible, and the return policy will apply.
